The 6th batch of Port Ellen from TBWC. One of only 250 bottles and coming in a hefty 33 years old.
The label references Jon Beach of Fiddlers Whisky bar, Loch Ness and noteable Port Ellen collector.
Smokey toffee on the nose with damp earthiness, sea salt, BBQ smoke and citrus. The palate is rich, sweet and smokey. More of that earthy quality comes though along with earthy smke and juicy citrus. The finish is very long and lingering , salty, earthy, smokey and tangy.
