Colour

Nose

An immense plume of peat fills the glass: medicinal, tarry smoke and coastal brine mingle with ash and iodine. Beneath, dried fig and orange zest lend sweetness to dark chocolate and cocoa, while warm oak and a whisper of sherry cling to the edges. A mineral, honeyed sweetness threads through the smoke, inviting slow, reverent nosing.

Palate

Powerful cask-strength palate of coastal peat, sea spray and iodine, balanced with dark chocolate, fig and plum. Vanilla and toffee weave through the spice as polished oak frames pepper and clove, delivering a long, briny, smoky finish.

Finish

Long, maritime finish framed by peat smoke and sea salt, slowly unfolding into rich sherried fruit—fig, raisin, and dark chocolate—with toasted oak and spice. The warmth lingers as a velvet trail of ash and brine, fading to a dry, elegant coastal end.
