Silky, full-bodied palate of peat smoke, coastal brine, and a whisper of iodine, buoyed by sherry-softened fruit. Dried fig and raisin mingle with dark chocolate, orange zest, and a touch of leather. Spices and cocoa nibs unfold, carrying a long, refined finish of smoke, salt, and subtle caramel.

Finish
