By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. The resulting “single, single, single malt” this is about as exclusive it gets.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with mahogany undertones.
Nose
Coastal peat and sea-spray rise in a bold aroma, with iodine and brine mingling with warm barley and vanilla. Subtle sherry-influenced fruit and cocoa notes emerge, adding depth, while a mineral, salted-tar edge lingers, inviting slow, contemplative sips.
Palate
Powerful yet refined, Port Ellen delivers coastal smoke and iodine with velvety sherry sweetness. Dark prune and fig mingle with cacao and toasted almond, while salted caramel and vanilla add warmth. A mineral brine and peppery spice keep it focused, leading to a long, menthol-tinged smoke that lingers gracefully on the palate.
Finish
Long, maritime finish of coastal peat and ash, slowly revealing dark fruit, cocoa and spice. A whisper of salt and leather lingers, with a warm, resinous tail that stays on the palate.
