Colour

Palate

Full-bodied and oily, this Islay expression layers peat smoke with sea spray and iodine, weaving dark fruit and toffee into the core. Vanilla, cocoa and toasted oak rise with peppery spice and a whisper of espresso. The finish is long and maritime, a balanced smoke and sweetness, carrying salt and a cool minty fade.

Long, smoky finish with a maritime edge; peat lingers as hints of dried fruit and cocoa emerge, slowly yielding to a warm, peppery spice that sits and softly fades.
