Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with a luxurious mahogany undertone and a warm honey-gold halo that catches the light with a subtle ruby glow.
Nose
Peat smoke and coastal brine carry a medicinal bite, softened by ash and sea-salt. Underneath, sherry-soaked fruit—fig and raisin—drifts with dark chocolate, leather, and a kiss of vanilla from toasted oak. Maritime, elegant, and quietly powerful.
Palate
Silky and poised, the palate opens with gentle peat smoke and coastal brine, revealing sherried figs, dark chocolate and toasted spice from its 13-year maturation. Subtle oak carries a satin sweetness, with a warm, lingering maritime finish.
Finish
Long, coastal finish with perfumed peat smoke and sea-salt air. A whisper of sherry fruit—dried cherry and raisin—shadows the palate, while cocoa and oak spice leave a warm, enduring glow that lingers softly.
