Colour

Palate

Peat smoke drenched in rich, sherried fruit with prune, fig and dark cherry. Maritime brine threads through cocoa, toasted almonds and a kiss of spice. The 43% warmth carries a clean, lingering smoke into a long finish of orange zest and oak.

Finish

Long, smoky finish with sea-salt and peat, as sherry-cask sweetness weaves through dark fruit, cocoa and toasted nuts, fading to a warm, peppery kiss that lingers with classic Islay character.
