Bright peat smoke mingles with sea air and vanilla-bourbon sweetness. Citrus zest, green apple and pear rise with sunlit apricot, while almond and honeyed cereal add warmth. A whisper of iodine and salt lingers, shadowed by cocoa and light oak spice, delivering a fresh, fruit-forward Islay aroma.
Palate
Silky and bright, it unfolds with vanilla, coconut and ripe pear, lifted by citrus zest. Bourbon-soaked oak delivers toffee, caramel and spice, while a gentle peat smoke and sea-salt nuance echo through the mid-palate. At 43%, it stays buoyant, finishing with fresh orchard fruit, vanilla cream and a delicate, lingering smoky sweetness.
Finish
Long, elegant finish of vanilla cream and bright citrus, edged by a whisper of peat and sea breeze. Subtle honeyed sweetness gives way to almond spice, lingering with a warm, balanced glow that slowly fades.
