Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, sunlit amber with copper-gold highlights and a whisper of mahogany.
Nose
Intense peat and sea-salt with a briny iodine edge. Sherry-soaked dark fruit—plum, raisin, fig—rises, woven with cocoa, leather and toasted oak. A refined maritime smoke that lingers, hinting at age, rarity and silent grandeur.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied palate of coastal peat and medicinal smoke gives way to rich dried fig and raisin, dark chocolate and toffee. Spiced oak and a whisper of salt carry a long, elegant finish that lingers with briny, smoky warmth.
Finish
A long, maritime finish clings with disciplined peat and iodine, carried on a saline breeze. Dark chocolate and dried plum sweetness unfolds, while leather and subtle spice deepen the tail. Echoes of ash and toasted oak taper slowly, leaving a refined, smoky glow that lingers with sea-salted warmth and quiet elegance.
