Palate

Dense peat smoke sits at the core, cushioned by sherry-soaked dark fruit and cocoa. Figs and raisins mingle with toffee, while maritime salt and spice thread through the palate. The 18 years mellow the edges into a velvety, full-bodied finish of smoke, chocolate, and leather, long and warming.

Long, refined peat smoke lingers with a velvety sherry-kissed finish. Dark chocolate, dried fruit and spice weave with sea-salt and oak, fading to a warm, resinous ember that slowly softens into an elegant, lasting whisper.
