Nose
Cloves and orange open the nose, with rose petals, toasted oak and a biting peat smoke. Ripe peach and hints of apricot emerge.
Palate
Velvet on the palate, a gentle warmth that yields to a subtle dryness from French oak. Fruit and smoke fuse with tar, peach, poached pear and red apples, delivering a balanced, mouth-watering harmony.
Finish
Tender and warming, the finish pairs delicate peach with peat smoke, Marsala sweetness giving a Christmas cake whisper. As the smoke eases, toasted oak reveals nutty vanilla, leaving a softly lingering fruit-spice glow.
