Palate

Powerful peat drives the palate, fused with rich sherry warmth. Waves of smoky iodine, charcoal and espresso mingle with dark fruit notes: fig, plum, raisin, under vanilla and cocoa. Spices and black pepper lift the finish, while coastal salt and a viscous, fiery mouthfeel from 59.8% ABV linger long and elegant.
