Powerful peat and coastal smoke coat the palate, with brine, iodine and medicinal notes. Sherried dark fruit and chocolate mingle with vanilla and toasted oak. Bold peppery spice coats the tongue, a flicker of citrus zest brightens the mid-palate, and the long, warming finish settles into a drying, oak-driven echo.

Finish

Powerful, peated finish with coastal brine and a resinous smoke. Layered with dark chocolate, dried fruit and a kiss of sherry sweetness, it slowly fades to a peppery warmth and a mineral, salted-honey dryness that lingers.
