Colour
Deep amber with burnished gold and coppery highlights, a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry sweetness unfurls with dried fig, raisin and sultana, lifted by orange zest and a dusting of cinnamon. Rich toffee and milk chocolate deepen into espresso, while walnut and polished oak provide structure. Subtle honeyed malt and a whisper of floral lift complete a refined, age-worthy aroma.
Palate
Silky and balanced, the palate unfolds with dark fruit, fig and raisin melding with cocoa, vanilla and toffee. Spices rise—clove, ginger—woven with rich oak and a kiss of sherry sweetness, leading to a long, warming finish that lingers with refined sweetness and a touch of nutty almond.
Finish
Long and velvety, the finish unfolds with lush dried fruit—cherry and fig—paired with cocoa and toffee, toasted almond and a hint of orange zest. The sherry influence lingers, leaving a warm, soft-spice glow that slowly fades.
