Tasting Notes

Colour

Full sparkling gold. A distinctive appearance from exposure to different woods and levels of maturation.

Nose

Pungent peat smoke mingles with seaside minerals, lifted by ash and a whisper of dark chocolate.

Palate

Lively with hints of bitter chocolate, ash and a spicy chilli bite.

Finish

Short, dry finish with a lingering sweet aftertaste.  Maturation: A blend of whiskies aged from seven to 21 years in ex-Bourbon, European Oak and Oloroso sherry barrels along with quarter casks.
