Palate
Peat smoke sits over a sturdy oak backbone, delivering a sweet, heavy sherry flavour that coats the palate and lingers with warm, confident peat.
Finish
Long, dry finish with fierce peat smoke and thick sherried oak. The smoke lingers, leaving a warming, resinous echo that slowly fades.
