Elements 1.0 is a premium single malt with flavours of spicy pepper, charred pineapple, and tangy liquorice. The first release in the new Elements series celebrating innovation and creativity in whisky making, and heralds a new era of experimentation with mashing and fermentation. Made in two sizes of mash tun and with two types of wort, cloudy and semi-cloudy.

Fresh sea salt and smoky bacon open the aroma, with strawberry jam and charred pineapple accents, lifted by warm bonfire embers for a bright, smoky invitation.

Palate

Spicy and peppery with lively tropical fruit notes, lifted by clove and liquorice, delivering a nuanced, warming mid-palate.

Finish

A warming, smoky finish that lingers with sweetness, drying hints and a long, peaty finale.
