Nose

Palate

Salty and vanilla-sweet, with a viscous, mouth-coating texture. Dry, buttery fino Sherry notes cling to the tongue as evolving wood spices mingle with gooseberries and fizzy grapes, while hazelnut praline and bitter walnut skin provide tannic grip from the oak. The finish is lively and smoky, balanced by a gentle sweetness.

Finish

A bold, lingering plume of peat smoke carries into the finish, balanced by a growing sweetness that coats the tongue and gently fades.
