Deep amber with coppery mahogany highlights and a warm tawny glow.
Nose
Blood orange, salty seaside rock pools, and red liquorice lead the nose, with sweet roasted red peppers and chilli flake spice. Earthy, leathery notes mingle with dried red fruits and berries, finished by a smoky peel.
Palate
Peppery, chili-flake heat blooms, giving way to earthy, smoky red berries and anise. Bright blood orange notes and charred red peppers mingle with saline dried fruit, while smoked stewed rhubarb adds a savory, coastal edge. Madeira’s influence threads through the palate in a balanced, lingering warmth that invites another sip.

Peppery red berries mingle with chilli heat, red liquorice and smoked red grapefruit. Beetroot crisps and tarry dried fruit lend a savory, lingering finish with a dusky, resinous depth.
