Blood orange, salty seaside rock pools, red liquorice, sweet roasted red peppers, chilli flake spice, some earthy and leathery notes with dried red fruit/berries and smoky peel.

Palate

Peppery, chilli flake heat followed by earthy and smoky red berries, anise, blood orange, charred red peppers, salty dried fruit, smoked stewed rhubarb.

Finish

Peppery red berries, chilli heat, red liquorice, smoked red grapefruit, beetroot crisps, tarry dried fruit and slightly savoury.
