Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich golden amber with coppery undertones.

Nose

Vanilla, toffee and creamy oak lead, framed by fresh rye grain and malt. Aromas of baked apple and pear mingle with warm spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger—accented by subtle almond and caramel.

Palate

Silky, muscular on the palate, creamy malt coats the mouth as bold rye spice unfurls with vanilla and toffee from new American oak. Citrus zest and cocoa thread through, while black pepper and cinnamon add bite. The finish is long and warm, with oak and spice lingering over the soft malt.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with creamy vanilla and toasted oak, delivering caramel sweetness and rye spice. A gentle peppery lift lingers, balanced by a soft, comforting warmth and subtle oak perfume that gradually fades to a warm glow.
