Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-golden highlights and a warm honey-gold glow.

Nose

An expansive nose of toasted rye grain and malty cereal, lifted by vanilla and creamy new American oak. Spicy white pepper and clove intermingle with citrus zest and honeyed caramel, while dried fruit hints linger in the background.

Palate

Silky, medium-full mouthfeel carries bold rye spice—pepper, clove, and a touch of cinnamon. Vanilla and toast from new American oak mingle with citrus zest, while a warm, lingering finish echoes baking spices and rye grain.

Finish

Long and warm, the finish unfurls with bold rye spice, vanilla and caramel from new American oak. Toasted oak and a whisper of char linger, while citrus zest and creamy sweetness fade into an elegant, persistent dryness that invites another contemplative sip.
