Batch 2 is a three year old Single Malt that has had its full maturation in recoopered American oak ex-Bourbon hogshead, and comes across as lightly peated.

Expect aromas of charred lemons, peated malt, fresh grain and dried husk. Baked apple, green leaves, fruity toffee and peppery touches. Light and clean on the palate; sweet muesli and pineapple cubes, charred wood smoke, and vanilla. Hint of grapefruit.
