Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet honeyed aromas fuse with roasted nuts - almonds and pistachios - evoking pink and white nougat. Dried fruits rise next: raisins, prunes and apricot, adding sun-kissed depth to the bouquet.

Palate

Another rich wonderfully balanced Elsburn. Walnut oil, almond butter, and spicy wood. Leather, cocoa and plenty of dried fruits.

Finish

A long spicy finish.
