Nose
Bright orchard fruit leads the nose—ripe pear, apple and apricot—with citrus zest, while a soft Sherry undernote adds raisins, fig and a touch of almond. Vanilla and toasted oak sparkle, with cinnamon and clove providing gentle spice—clean, fruit-forward and elegantly warm.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied on the palate, with a fruity chorus of ripe pear, apple and apricot, lifted by zesty orange peel. Sherry cask influence brings dried raisin, fig and almond, woven through a creamy malt core. Velvety texture, generous sweetness held in check by gentle spice and a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, fruit-forward finish drenched in sherry warmth. Orchard apple and ripe pear linger, dotted with dried citrus and raisin sweetness. Cocoa nib, almond and toasted oak unfold with subtle spice, as cinnamon and clove leave a final, velvety glow that lingers gracefully.
