Silky, medium-bodied on the palate with a creamy vanilla spine and orchard-fruit sweetness. Sherry-cask influence brings dried fig and raisin, mingling with almond and a touch of cocoa. Subtle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—lends lift, while gentle oak adds structure, finishing with a warm, refined sweetness.

Silky, medium-long finish with a sherried sweetness that lingers. Dried fruit—raisin and fig—meld with almond and dark chocolate, framed by toasted oak and a gentle spice that invites another sip.
