Colour
Rich golden amber with warm honeyed tones and coppery glints.
Nose
Glen Elgin's nose opens with ripe orchard fruit and honey, shaded by rich sherry. Dried orange and fig mingle with raisin, toasted almond, toffee and vanilla, while soft spice and polished oak add warmth.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, with creamy sweetness and polished oak. Fresh orchard fruit, pear and apple, drift with honey and a touch of toffee. Warm cinnamon, ginger and clove emerge, framed by almond and walnut notes. Rich, balanced, and long, with toasted oak and a gentle, warming finish.
Finish
Luxuriously long finish with dried cherry and fig, hints of cocoa and leather, toasted oak, and a lingering sherry sweetness that warms the palate with subtle spice.
