Nose

Opulent honeyed fruit opens the aroma, with apricot, peach nectar and a hint of citrus zest. Almond cream, vanilla and delicate oak spice mingle with a tropical lift of pineapple and mango from the Sauternes cask. A syrupy sweetness lingers beneath the Speyside malt, refined, inviting and never cloying.

Palate

Opulent, full-bodied palate with a velvety mouthfeel. Lush apricot and ripe peach mingle with honeyed citrus, lifted by Sauternes sweetness. Vanilla, almond and toasted oak from the American cask, with spice—cinnamon and ginger—adding warmth. The 56% abv gives lively grip, leading to a long, honeyed finish of glazed fruit and orange zest, with a faint almond note.

Finish

Luxuriously long, the finish pours syrupy apricot and peach, orange marmalade and honey, caressed by vanilla and gentle spice, with warm oak lingering into a velvet, almond-tinged fade.
