A Glen Elgin single malt bottled by Carn Mor for the Strictly Limited range, this 13 year old was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2021 after a finishing period in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Bottled at 47.5% ABV, the release was limited to 508 bottles.
The Pedro Ximenez cask finish adds rich dried fruit and syrupy sweetness to Glen Elgin’s naturally fruity Speyside character, layering depth and gentle spice over the distillery’s soft, malt-led profile in a well-balanced limited release.
