Nose
Toasted marshmallows and notes of leather bound books kick off this heavily peated dram, along with notes of lobster creels and tarred ropes by the seaside hinting at the characteristic maritime influence.
Palate
Sweet peat smoke with notes of honeycomb, gingerbread and mint. A fruity element develops over time in hints of pineapple and banana.
Finish
A peppery finish with notes of allspice, the peat smoke endures to the conclusion of this dram.
