Palate

On the palate, a lively mosaic of finishes unfurls: Oloroso warmth with dark fruit and toffee, Fino lift with citrus and almond, rum’s tropical sweetness, Madeira’s raisin and caramel, Port’s red-fruit depth, and Bourbon’s vanilla spice.
