An Italian red wine cask (the famous Barolo wine of the north of Italy made from the thick black skinned Nebbiolo grapes) finished triple distilled and non peated offering from the Springbank distillery limited to only 10,800 bottles and bottled at 57.9% ABV.
A well balanced re-fill Barolo cask finished malt from the cult Campbeltown distiller that is sure to be a collectors item in the near future.

Bakery-fresh shortbread and red berries dominate the aroma, joined by liquorice, fresh barley and dried coconut, with a subtle lift of salty coastal notes.

Peppery red berries mingle with salted shortcake biscuits, red liquorice and toasted coconut, delivering a vibrant, balanced palate.
Finish
Elegant, lingering finish of fresh grain and coastal salt, chased by red fruits and a whisper of anise spice, with a delicate dusting of coconut that lingers softly.
