Colour

Warm golden amber with a sunlit honey glow and a coppery sheen.

Nose

Firmer, drier notes reveal soft vanilla and crisp grape, while sweeter, nuttier tones from malted barley and Amontillado-sherry cask wood lend depth and a savory lift to the aroma.

Palate

Dry, with an initial biscuit sweetness that gives way to a bold, malty core. A massive malt character contrasts with lively grape fruitiness, delivering a crisp, balanced harmony of grain and fruit.

Finish

Very long, dry and oaky, with a whisper of peppery spice that lingers, balanced by a soft, late caramel sweetness.
