The much loved Glenkinchie's Distillers Edition, featuring whisky from the Lowland distillery finished in casks that previously held Amontillado Sherry.
This one was distilled in 2004 and allowed to age until 2016.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale straw-gold with a delicate honeyed warmth and a soft amber glow.
Nose
Firm, dry nose of soft vanilla and crisp grape, tempered by sweeter, nuttier malt tones from the barley and the Amontillado cask.
Palate
Dry, after an initial biscuit-sweetness, with an enormous malt character that contrasts with the fruitiness of the grape.
Finish
An exceptionally long, dry finish, driven by sturdy oak with a whisper of peppery spice, softly tempered by a late caramel sweetness that lingers.
