An elegant nose of toasted cereal and sweet malt, intricately layered with Amontillado sherry notes. Dried fruits, almond and cocoa mingle with citrus zest, while a subtle spice and vanilla coating adds depth—polished, nutty, and distinctly Lowland in character.
Palate
Silky malt with a poised sweetness gives way to Amontillado depth. Almond and hazelnut mingle with dried fruit, a hint of cocoa, and subtle spice. Velvety texture; a clean, dry finish that lingers with warm, nutty character.
