The GlenAllachie 21-year-old Cask Strength. Driven by his passion for wood management, Master Blender Billy Walker crafted this latest release using the finest Spanish Sherry Wood.
After hand-selecting Vintages that were slumbering in their 16 on-site warehouses, Walker implemented his superlative blending skills to deliver this indulgent expression. The culmination of Pedro Ximénez puncheons and hogsheads offers a complex Single Malt full of mocha, sticky raisins and ginger biscuits which perfectly complements the honeyed charm of the GlenAllachie spirit. Limited to just 2,400 bottles worldwide, this antique auburn malt is bottled at cask strength of 51.5% ABV, with no added colour and without chill-filtration.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Intense Walnut.
Nose
Waves of black grapes, raisins and dark chocolate orange, with hints of coffee, stewed fruits and treacle syrup.
Palate
Lashings of heather honey, cocoa dusted truffles and sultanas, followed by bursts of espresso coffee, mixed currants and brandy butter, with gingersnaps on the finish.
