Hand selected from The GlenAllachie’s enviable stock of over 50,000 casks, we are proud to present Batch 2 of The GlenAllachie 21-year old. Married together are selection of Vintages from across 1997 and 1999 to carefully craft this limited release, along with maturation is specially selected Pedro Ximénez Puncheons & Hogsheads casks.
This results in an abundance of cocoa, heather honey and orange peel, with notes of cinnamon, mocha and fruit cake. The flavour is a fusion of fruit cake, treacle and heather honey, followed by layers of orange peel, stewed fruits and dark chocolate, with ginger and orange zest on the finish.

Rich cocoa and dark chocolate mingle with honeyed heather and bright orange zest. Cinnamon and mocha lend spice and depth, while whispers of fruitcake and dried fruits hint at Pedro Ximénez maturation. The sherried sweetness and warm, confectionery aroma promise a lush, decadent profile.
