Working with Vintages from across 1997 and 1998, Master Distiller Billy Walker ultimately selected and married together 5 casks; a mouth-watering combination of Pedro Ximénez Puncheons and Hogsheads. Each individual cask adds its own unique influence, with the sum ultimately greater than its parts. Only 1,600 bottles are available worldwide.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with burnished copper and mahogany undertones, a glossy wine-dark glow.
Nose
Waves of dark chocolate, heather honey, mocha and orange zest, with notes of grapefruit and cinnamon.
Palate
On the palate, a rich blend of fruit cake, heather honey and treacle, fused with stewed plums, dark chocolate, orange peel, cinnamon and ginger.
Finish
Long, opulent finish that lingers with dark chocolate, treacle, stewed plums and orange zest, tempered by honey and spice. Cinnamon and ginger ebb into a warm sherry-soaked oak, leaving a lasting, luxurious glow.
