The GlenAllachie 21 year old cask strength, Batch 1. Working with Vintages from across 1997 and 1998, Master Distiller Billy Walker ultimately selected and married together 5 casks; a mouth-watering combination of Pedro Ximénez Puncheons and Hogsheads. Each individual cask adds its own unique influence, with the sum ultimately greater than its parts. Only 1,600 bottles are available worldwide.

A rich mix of fruit cake, heather honey and treacle, fused with stewed plums, dark chocolate, orange peel, cinnamon and ginger.

(glen-AL-a-key) Built in 1967 near Aberlour, it spent much of its life producing whisky for blends rather than building a big name as a single malt in its own right. That changed in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery and began reshaping it around a more flavour-led, hands-on vision.
