Encased in a lavish hand-carved oak box, the spectacular liquid (which dates back to 1989) was matured to perfection in three Pedro Ximénez, one Oloroso and two virgin oak casks. The result is a luscious symphony of caramel, espresso and tropical fruit tones.

Colour
Deep mahogany amber with burnished copper highlights and a warm ruby glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry-driven aroma from PX and Oloroso casks, with caramel and toffee sweetness unfolding alongside espresso depth and tropical fruit notes. A touch of dark chocolate, toasted oak and virgin oak lend velvety, refined complexity.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate delivering caramel sweetness and espresso depth, braided with tropical fruit and dried-pear richness. Velvet vanilla, cocoa and warm spice from virgin oak mingle with sherry-driven complexity from PX and Oloroso, finishing long and elegant with a lingering toasted oak glow.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with caramel sweetness and espresso depth that lingers. Notes of tropical and dried fruits unfold, followed by cacao, fig and toasted oak spice. A refined, warm sherry echo persists, gradually fading to velvet, leaving an elegant, time-worn memory.
