This antique single malt exudes sheer Sherry-matured sophistication. Master Distiller Billy Walker carefully selected three Pedro Ximénez and two Oloroso casks from amongst an enviable inventory of ultra-aged stocks.
The vintage Sherry puncheons and hogsheads have unified to create a truly magnificent single malt abundant in forest fruits, gooey chocolate fondant and wild Scottish honey tones. We proudly present The GlenAllachie 30-year-old Batch 4 with integrity; at its cask strength of 49.1%, without added colouring or chill filtration, allowing the extraordinary liquid within the bottle to speak for itself.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep mahogany amber with a burnished copper-gold glow.
Nose
Dark chocolate, honeycomb and raisin butter lead the aroma, with muscovado sugar, plum syrup and glazed almonds—rich, decadent and subtly sherry-tinged.
Palate
Opulent and warming, the palate delivers rich cocoa and heather honey, tempered by chocolate raisins. Baking spices and molasses unfold, with notes of Black Forest gâteau, grape must and orchard fruits lingering in a luxurious finish.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish lingers with a warm sherry glow. Notes of dark chocolate, raisin and plum deepen into honeyed molasses, baking spices and oak, with a final echo of Black Forest cake and dried fruit that slowly fades to a honeyed, resinous kiss.
