Extended maturation in a Pedro Ximenez puncheon brings deep dried fruit richness, syrupy sweetness and layered spice to GlenAllachie’s robust Speyside spirit. The long ageing adds complexity and refined oak influence while preserving the distillery’s naturally full-bodied, malt-forward character in a rare long-aged single cask release.
