Pale golden straw with a subtle amber edge and sunlit warmth.

Expressively grassy, with dry hay mingling with cider apples baked in sweet honey—a fresh, pastoral aroma.

Heathery and nutty on the palate, roasted chestnuts mingle with zesty orange marmalade, while pinewood sap lends a resinous lift.

Finish

An enjoyable, evanescent finish that lingers softly, leaving an unobtrusive warmth and a subtle whisper of sweetness.

Glen Spey
(Glen-SPAY) Glen Spey is a lesser-known distillery located in Rothes, Moray. It was built in 1878 by James Stuart as Mill of Rothes, originally starting from an oatmeal mill before distilling equipment was added. The Glen Spey name came in 1887, when Stuart sold the site to W&A Gilbey, the London gin producer that later became closely connected with Scotch whisky blending.
