Single Cask Whisky is unique in that it is a snapshot of the distillery on one day of production and the type of cask it has been matured in. Depending on age and cask type, anything between 150 – 700 expressions are bottled, making each batch unique and highly covetable, as once they are gone, they are gone. The Hogshead of this Whisky imparts flavours of honey cake, cinder toffee and brandy snaps.
