Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany-tinged depth.

Nose

A fragrant fusion of marmalade and pineapple strudel, lifted by soft vanilla and nougat, with delicate coastal notes that hint at sea air.

Palate

On the palate, sweet and rounded, with tropical fruits, biscuits, honey and a delicate sweet oak.

Finish

Long, suave finish of liquorice sweetness intertwined with bright candied orange peel, leaving a citrus-lifted afterglow and a touch of refined coastal oak.

Bunnahabhain
(BUNNA-hah-ven) Built in 1881, Bunnahabhain is situated on the north east coast of Islay, overlooking the Sound of Islay near Caol Ila. Bunnahabhain's initial aim was to produce Whisky for blending only. While it was used across the industry, it performed a central role in three famous blends: Famous Grouse, Cutty Sark and Black Bottle. Following a short period of closure in the early 1980s, Bunnahabhain re-emerged as a Single Malt.
