Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery-bronze edges and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Light smoke, vanilla and the scent of overripe pears open the nose, with the fruit evolving into riper, darker notes as it breathes.
Palate
On the palate, sugary sweetness returns with pear reasserting itself, then tart notes sharpen the profile. Pineapple and bright lemon oils rise with gentle spice, tempered by a pinch of salt that lends a clean, balanced finish.
Finish
Sweetness lingers with a faint tartness and a trace of oil, delivering a balanced, dry, poised finale.
