FABLE Blended Malts are far from ordinary. Founded on the art of storytelling, illustration and whisky-making, our fourth release comprising of 9000 bottles is an exceptional creation.
Bottled at 5 years old, 46.5%, non chill-filtered and natural colour, these whiskies are matured for a minimum of 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels and hogshead casks, creating a fruity and floral Blended Malt with an elegant finish.

Colour
Warm amber with honey-gold highlights and a coppery glow.
Nose
Bright orchard fruits—pear and apple—merge with delicate elderflower and honeysuckle, beneath vanilla and a whisper of bourbon oak. A citrus zest lift adds lift, leaving a floral, airy aroma that hints at a graceful, elegant finish.
Palate
Silky on the palate, orchard fruits—apple, pear and a whisper of peach—unfold with vanilla and a gentle caramel glow from the ex-bourbon and hogshead casks. A delicate floral lift—honeysuckle—carries through, while subtle spice and soft oak provide restraint. Creamy texture, poised balance, and an elegant, lingering finish of fruit, flowers and a touch of cocoa.

Long, elegant finish of orchard fruits, vanilla and toasty oak, with delicate spice and a silky sweetness that lingers, finished by a bright floral lift.
