Colour

Deep burnished amber with mahogany depth and a coppery glow, edged by a ruby-bronze sheen that hints at sherry influence.

Nose

Opulent sherry notes rise, with raisin, fig jam, and orange zest unfolding alongside dark honey. Toasted almond and vanilla weave through rich oak, cocoa dust, and a measured spice—cinnamon and clove. Dried fruit sweetness broadens, velvet and refined, ending in a lingering, elegant fruitcake finish.

Palate

Velvety, full-bodied with sherried richness. Dried fruits - raisin and fig - mingle with orange marmalade over honeyed malt, edged by almond and dark chocolate. Spices of cinnamon and clove weave through polished oak, delivering a long, warming finish.

Finish

An exceptionally long, refined finish that coats the palate with warm sweetness. Hints of dried fruit and honey give way to polished oak and spice, with subtle almond and cocoa lingering into a soft, nutty afterglow.
