This 10-year-old Edradour from Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection showcases the distillery’s famously rich Highland character. Distilled in 2015 and fully matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, it offers deep sherry-led sweetness with notes of stewed orchard fruit, apricot, vanilla and warm baking spice. The palate brings layers of dried fruit, toffee and sweet malt, complemented by touches of Easter biscuit and gentle oak warmth.
