Colour

Delicate yet lush, this nose opens with red cherry, strawberry and plum, enriched by Nebbiolo’s Barbaresco kiss. Rose petals, dried fig and a hint of cocoa mingle with vanilla and almond, while cinnamon-spice and soft oak lend polish. A whispered vinous core adds depth and a sly tobacco note, creating an elegant, fragrant invitation.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied and mouth-coating, with an oily texture from un-chillfiltered maturation. Barbaresco cask influence delivers red fruit depth—ripe cherry, raspberry and blackberry—woven with rose and plum. Spices emerge—cinnamon, clove, black pepper—alongside toasted almond and espresso. Velvet oak tannins leave a vinous, chocolate-tinged finish that lingers long, warm, and red-fruited.
