Palate

Silky and full-bodied, this 25-year Edradour, finished in Madeira, coats the palate with velvety toffee, raisin and fig, a treacly fruit core buoyed by orange zest. Spices—nutmeg, clove, cinnamon—emerge with almond, cocoa and a hint of espresso. The Madeira sweetness softens into a long, refined finish, sustained by polished oak and a warming rancio note.
