Distilled in 1995 and matured for three decades in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, this limited edition bottling honours Edradour’s 200th anniversary with depth, richness and character. Bottled at natural cask strength, it delivers opulent aromas of figs, raisins and dark chocolate, followed by a palate of treacle, spiced fruitcake, honeyed malt and refined oak spice; a long warming finish with sherry-soaked fruits and gentle oak.
